his
complicated
operational tasks he never forgets to
focus on the human aspects of things.
He shows rare composer in face of all
the challenges that lay in front of him, as
part of the setup of the new N line. In
addition, he brings new directions to the
technological problem solving process,
and has a significant role in the training
process and the setup of the new POY
plant in China. Abed serves as a personal
example for excellence in his
contribution to Nilit business success.
Shlomo Buzi
Shift manager, POY plant – Migdal

Seniority at the company: 24 years
Shlomo acquired a great deal
of experience in spinning and
is thoroughly familiar with all
the
operations
and
maintenance processes in
the plant. His experience and
professionalism enabled him to
contribute in introducing improvements
and proposals for improving efficiency
and savings. He helped introduce the
new lines, developed work methods, and
over the years has mentored hundreds
of
employees. Additionally,
he
coordinates the topic of handling
manpower, including work rosters – a
complicated task that he fulfills
devotedly, while considering the needs
of both the system and the employees.
Shlomo constitutes an ideal role model
for the employees and the managers at
the plant.

Alon is a model of loyalty and
professionalism; he upholds
Nilit’s values while strictly
maintaining the product
standards and the production
quality. He has a broad technical
understanding,
and
leads
the
development of new and innovative
products that bring higher profitability.
He promotes Nilit products, initiates
new projects and supports the Sales
network. He enriches those around him
with the know-how he has accumulated
and guides and trains new salespeople in
the various technologies. Alon
constitutes a symbol and an ideal role
model for those around him.
Miriam Reznikov
SAP implementation; Information
Systems department
Seniority at the company: 30 years
Miriam, who joined the
company a few short years
after she immigrated to
Israel, combines quality and
professionalism
with
devotion, loyalty modesty and a service
orientation; she earns praise from her
customers. Her commitment to Nilit’s
values has strengthened over the years,
together with the considerable
experience that she has accumulated.
She has been involved in all areas of the
implementation, aspiring to the optimal
solution, in full partnership with the
information system users. Miriam is a
top-notch implementation expert in
regard to Production, Quality and
Maintenance, and constitutes an anchor
in SAP implementation for the subsidiary
companies as well.

made a significant contribution
to the company over time;
they displayed high motivation,
professionalism initiative and
creativity. The prize is awarded
as a token of esteem for
contribution to improvements,
efficiency and/or savings that
was realized in processes and
products. From my standpoint
we are talking about people
who give their entire heart in
leaving their impression on the
company, and for them, doing
the best is a way of life.

Luca Ciceri
R&D Manager; Nilit Plastics Italy
(
NPI)
Seniority at the company: 13 years
Luca, a material science
engineer, has displayed
continued commitment and
is a quick study; these are a
key element in the success of
the R&D department. Luca puts
continuous effort into product
development and support. Under his
leadership, the know-how in materials
has
expanded;
this
know-how
constitutes a vital starting point in
providing a response to market
demands. He ensures that the
accumulated know-how will be available
to all Nilit employees; he helps control
product costs, while incorporating new
raw materials. Luca excels in his
devotion to his work, along with
concern for corporate interests in
general and the development plans of
the Plastics Division in particular.
Klaus Karle
Engineering and Maintenance
Manager; Nilit Plastics Europe
(
NPE)
Seniority at the company: 24 years
Klaus, an electrical engineer,
was first employed at Frisetta
as the person responsible for
maintenance of the electrical
systems. Over the years he
managed a large number of projects,
while setting a model for safety, order
and cleanliness in the work environment.
His methodical and goal-oriented
approach, along with a sharing style of
leadership, enable him to complete
projects successfully and innovatively
while meeting the budget and timetables.
In recent years he helped in the planning
and realization of a system of production
lines at NPC and investments at NPI, in
order to shape a unique production
process. We especially value Klaus’
commitment to safety – his contribution
in this area led to improvements,
increased awareness and achievements
in the field.
