Building a Green Future - Shikun & Binui with the Community and the Environment Over the past four years, Shikun & Binui has supported the activities of ‘Young Business Leadership’ – a social Start-Up established by the Israel Management Center. It received the Social Development Prize on the occasion of Israel’s 60th anniversary. The program develops a culture of leadership and excellence among teenagers and young people in Israel, encouraging entrepreneurship and social engagement. The link with the program was initiated by Ravit Barniv, chairman of the Shikun & Binui Group. The company promotes environmentalism through education for excellence and adopts teenagers in Beer Sheva and Haifa. Employees and directors of the company lecture and guide workshops, instruct groups and provide students with the tools required for managing projects.
