Dear colleagues,

We are entering a fascinating period of change with some exceptional challenges.

Teva’s culture embraces change and, as a result, we must always be ready with the best IT solutions in order to become the technology business partner for Teva's needs and missions.

I'm proud to present you with the fourth edition for our Global IT newsletter. We are a bit behind in publishing the newsletter this time, but I'm sure you will nevertheless find and enjoy the articles we’ve prepared, covering global and core projects that put forward both the quality of our delivery and our outstanding interface with the IT units (not to mention the customer!)

I would like to take this opportunity to point your attention to two key topics that we will report on in greater detail in the next edition:

1. Manufacturing program – our opportunity to computerize all of Teva’s production plants around the world. This is one of the main strategic projects we have carried out in recent years. The program’s scope is very large and as such it demonstrates how we are meeting the challenge of enhancing global networking and cooperation.

2. Live broadcast – this was a complex project with a very short time frame, undertaken to share our new CEO’s vision with all of Teva. Our success was due in large part to the highly professional cooperation of our global infrastructure organization. Moreover, we proved that we can truly work together in full collaboration under a tight timeline to deliver innovative solutions that address the needs of the business.

I hope you are all as excited as I am as to what’s coming next at Teva!

Best regards,

Gil
